Hand Drum Worship

Psalm 150 (MSG)
1-6 Hallelujah! Praise God in his holy house of worship,
praise him under the open skies;
Praise him for his acts of power,
praise him for his magnificent greatness;
Praise with a blast on the trumpet,
praise by strumming soft strings;
Praise him with castanets and dance,
praise him with banjo and flute;
Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum,
praise him with fiddles and mandolin.
Let every living, breathing creature praise God!
Hallelujah!

Come join us for some hand drum worship on the first Friday of each month. We gather at 7 p.m. to fellowship with the Lord, reading Psalms and playing worship songs on the drums.

If you have a hand drum than please bring it. If you don’t than come play one of the drums provided on loan from Stray Clay. Don’t worry if you have no rhythm, the Lord loves the praises of His people.

The boaters are back, a sure sign of spring here in Winthrop Harbor. We look forward to providing the early morning fisherman with a little warmup as they are heading out to sea. We also want you to know that lunch is ready when you return. Then send the kids up in the evening so you can enjoy a little peace and quiet around the peer.
